The purpose of this study was to develop an e-book-based learning media on the subject matter of double-application hair coloring. This type of research is research and development using a 4-D model. The population of this research is the students totaling 32 people. The data collection technique used a validity and practicality questionnaire. The data analysis technique is by calculating the score of the e-book media assessment from the questionnaire given and categorizing it according to the interpretation obtained. This study examined the effect of education, health, and social security expenditures on the gross regional domestic product GRDP per capita. The research sample was regency and city governments in East Java Province from 2014 to 2016. The research method was quantitative research methods. The results showed that education and social security expenditures negatively impacted GRDP per capita, while health expenditure positively impacted GRDP per capita. Using data from the Swiss graduate surveys, it analyses the incidence of mismatch, determinants, and the connections with earnings and job satisfaction. Analyses show that a year after graduating around one sixth of those employed 17% are in a job which does not match, or only partially matches, the qualifications they have acquired, and that this proportion is not diminishing significantly in the medium term. The risk of mismatch varies considerably, however, by subject area and final grade. In addition, the results indicate that employment below the level of qualification on entering professional life significantly raises the probability of mismatch in the following years too. Analyses of the impacts suggest that employment poorly matched to education and training is associated with an income penalty of around 5% in the short to medium term. Graduates in a mismatch situation also demonstrate less job satisfaction than those in a position matched to their reviewing the literature with respect to skills mismatch it shows that there are different dimensions in this concept and these different dimensions take place due to mismatch in either demand or supply of labour. The sample of 18,708 graduates holding a Bachelor degree is interesting in itself, knowing that these students completed their study and thus represent a pool of high-quality individuals. What impact do expected post-graduation lifetime earnings have in choosing their field of study respectively to their non-pecuniary preferences? Are these individuals less or more influenced by monetary incentives on their decision than was found in previous literature with samples of university students not all completing their studies successfully? Unlike existing studies, we account for the probability that students will be able to find employment related to their field of study when evaluating lifetime earnings after graduation. The parameters that drive students' choices of fields of study are estimated using a mixed multinomial logit model applied to seven broadly defined fields. Results indicate that the weight put by a student on initial earnings and earnings' rate of growth earnings depends upon the education level of the parent of the same gender. Surprisingly, lifetime earnings have no statistically significant impact when the parent of the same gender as the student has a university education. Results show that men are, in general, more sensitive than women to initial income variations, whilst women are more sensitive than men to the earnings' rate of growth variations. Marital status, enrolment status and the vocation identified with each field of study are influential factors in students' choices. Kalau ekosistem di Jawa Timur dipenuhi SDM yang link and macth pasti akan banyak industri-industri datang ke sini," Pendidikan Vokasi menyebut sebanyak tenaga guru telah menjalani pelatihan untuk peningkatan kompetensi bidang industri teknologi digital dan mereka, sebanyak 700 kepala sekolah turut mengikuti pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sebagai leardeship serta membentuk dasar pemikiran link and macth dengan dunia industri."Tahun ini kita trainning 2200 guru untuk peningkatan kompetensi dan 700 kepala sekolah untuk leadership dan mindset link and match dengan dunia industri," beber Singhasari merupakan KEK pertama bidang pengembangan teknologi yang ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah PP Nomor 68 Tahun tersebut sesuai dengan arahan Presiden RI Joko Widodo untuk pembangunan Indonesia lima tahun ke depan, di antaranya prioritas pada pembangunan sebab itu, KEK Singhasari pun telah siap untuk berkontribusi aktif dalam pembangunan SDM, menjadi bagian dalam transformasi ekonomi, berperan aktif dalam memfasilitasi pendidikan vokasi yang berdampingan dan berorientasi pada DUDI, serta melengkapi generasi milenial Indonesia dengan emerging aktivitas ekosistem digital yang terintegrasi di KEK Singhasari maka diharapkan menjadi katalis pertumbuhan perekonomian digital di Indonesia menyongsong "Indonesia Emas 2045" melalui pendekatan integrated digital ecosystem ekosistem digital yang terintegrasi. Pengembangan ekonomi digital di KEK Singhasari sendiri merujuk pada 4 pilar utama yang dikenalkan World Bank, yaitu regulasi, infrastruktur, edukasi, dan kerja sama antara Ditjen Pendidikan Vokasi dengan KEK Singhasari dipandang sebagai langkah awal dalam dukungan KEK Singhasari untuk turut mengawal dan berkontribusi aktif dalam program 'link and match'.Sehingga, selanjutnya dapat terjalin mitra-mitra industri yang lebih banyak lagi di bawah naungan KEK Singhasari bagi SMK dan satuan pendidikan vokasi yang ada di sekitarnya dalam mewujudkan program 9 sembilan paket 'link and match'."Di sini akan dikembangkan klaster edukasi distrik, untuk mendukung KEK Singhasari yang di dalamnya mempunyai fungsi SDM unggul. Istilah Link and Match bukanlah suatu istilah asing bagi dunia pendidikan, terutama SMK. Istilah ini sebenarnya sudah lama dikenal, namun sejak diluncurkan Inpres no 9 tahun 2016 tentang revitalisasi SMK, Link and match menjadi item penting yang harus menjadi perhatian penuh oleh kalangan ini saya menafsirkan Link and match dalam arti sempit. Setelah banyak menjalin komunikasi, koordinasi dengan banyak pihak, apalagi sudah mendengar langsung dari tiga orang narasumber Dari MM 2100 ternyata penafsiran tentang link and match itu sangat SMK dengan Industri harus Link and match Kalau saja setiap guru di sekolah sudah memahami tentang revolusi industri. Dimana kita sudah mengalami revolusi industri sebanyak empat kali. Dan saat ini kita sudah memasuki revolusi industri Dimana semua aktifitas sudah serba digitalisasi, otomisasi, menggunakan sistem robotic serta semua aktifitas sudah berbasis internet. Sistem penjualan barang melalui E-Comerce, pengambilan uang dan transper sudah menggunakan aplikasi. dengan adanya revolusi industri juga sudah menyebabkan banyak bidang pekerjaan yang tidak membutuhkan tenaga manusia. ada sekitar 22 ribu orang penjaga tol kehilangan pekerjaan akibat diberlakukannya sistem E- tol. Bank bank sudah mengurangi rekrut karyawan dibidang teller , customer service, karena sudah adanya transaksi secara elektronik. Hanya bidang bidang tertentu saja yang tidak akan terimbas oleh adanya revolusi industri Contohnya bidang kerja perawat. Guru juga disebut salah satu pekerjaan yang tidak akan hilang dengan adanya revolusi industri kalau saja guru tidak hanya bertugas sebagai pentransper ilmu. namun guru harus inspirator ,mendidik, mengarahkan,membimbing, membina , menilai dan mengevaluasi. Saat guru hanya menjalankan fungsinya sebagai pentransper ilmu, kelak profesi guru akan digantikan oleh mesinSalah satu pertanyaan dari siswa saat diskusi berlangsung kepada salah seorang narasumber hari ini adalah. "saat tenaga manusia tidak dibutuhkan lagi .sementara pertumbuhan jumlah manusia semakin meningkat,. Apa lagi yang akan dilakukan oleh manusia saat itu?sebuah pertanyaan yang menantang menurut saya, apa yang akan dilakukan oleh generasi sekarang , apabila lapangan pekerjaan semakin sempit, tenaga manusia sudah digantikan oleh mesin Jawaban dari pertanyaan itu adalah kita harus adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. siswa dari sekarang harus menggunakan perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam mengembangkan bidangnya masing masing. Lantas sebagai guru smk dan dari pihak manajemen sekolah , apa yang harus dilakukan dalam menyikapi revolusi industri pentingnya program link and match antara smk dengan industri.
